On a small scale, a Referendum is to vote on an issue or policy.
We are encouraging people to look at it from a large scale perspective.
The current state of the Democratic Party has gone too far to the left. The majority of their policies are too Liberal, and some would say dangerously radical.
We encourage you to Reject their Policies and the direction they are seeking to take our country.
This Referendum, will hopefully cause the Democratic Party to regroup, fix their Ultra Liberal policies, and re emerge as a stronger party that is more representative of the country as a whole.
It Varies by State.

Very few Politicians have time to explain how Taxes work. While it is true that the Trump Tax Cuts, officially known as the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (TCJA), did lower the Individual tax rate for the top tax bracket, it also lowered the tax rate for ALL of the brackets.

The Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (TCJA) lowered the Corporate Tax from 35% to 21%. While this is a significant reduction, one has to understand that a lot of Small Businesses file to be taxed as a Corporation, as opposed to a LLC or as a Self Proprietor.
The Corporate Tax rate cut BENEFITS all people that file their Business as a Corporation.

Trump supports allowing the States to decide their Abortion Laws.
Currently, 14 out of the 50 States support an Abortion Ban (with Exceptions).
This is a very sensitive and divided issue, and whatever one's view is, we need to respect both sides.

In Charlottesville, VA in 2017, there was a Protest to remove a Confederate statue(s). Some supported the removing, while others opposed it. The group that opposed the removal did contain some Neo Nazis and White Supremacists.
Trump acknowledged that society had mixed feelings about the statue(s), and that there were some "very fine people" on each side.
Trump also said, "...and I'm not talking about the neo-Nazis and the white nationalists, because they should be condemned totally. But you had many people in that group other than neo-Nazis and white nationalists, okay? And the press has treated them absolutely unfairly. Now, in the other group also, you had some fine people, but you also had troublemakers, and you see them come with the black outfits, and with the helmets, and the baseball bats, you got a lot of bad people in the other group too."

At a Press Briefing on April 23, 2020, Trump made comments about how disinfectants and UV light were doing a good job of killing the virus on surface areas. Trump went on to say "...supposing you brought the light inside the body, which you can do either through the skin or in some other way, and I think you said you're going to test that too. It sounds interesting." Also "And then I see the disinfectant, where it knocks it out in a minute. One minute. And is there a way we can do something like that, by injection inside or almost a cleaning. Because you see it gets in the lungs and it does a tremendous number on the lungs. So it would be interesting to check that. So, that, you're going to have to use medical doctors with. But it sounds — it sounds interesting to me."
A reporter asked for CLARIFICATION and Trump stated "It wouldn't be through injection. We're talking about through almost a cleaning, sterilization of an area. Maybe it works, maybe it doesn't work. But it certainly has a big effect if it's on a stationary object."

In an interview with Sean Hannity in December 2023:
HANNITY: We almost have to go to a break. I want to go back to this one issue though, because the media has been focused on this and [are] attacking you. Under no circumstances, you are promising America tonight, you would never abuse power as retribution against anybody?
TRUMP: Except for Day One.
HANNITY: Except for …
TRUMP: (smiling and pointing at Hannity) Look, he's going crazy. Except for Day One.
HANNITY: Meaning?
TRUMP: I want to close the border and I want to drill, drill, drill.
HANNITY: That's not … that's … that's not … that's not "retribution."
TRUMP: No no. I'm gonna be … I'm gonna be, you know he keeps, we love this guy.
HANNITY: (laughing)
TRUMP: He says, "You're not gonna be a dictator, are you?" I said no, no, no … other than Day One. We're closing the border and we're drilling, drilling, drilling. After that, I'm not a dictator, OK?

At a rally in Ohio, on March 16, 2024, Trump was speaking about the Economy, and more specifically China's auto manufacturing. He said, "China now is building a couple of massive plants where they're going to build the cars in Mexico and think, they think, that they're going to sell those cars into the United States with no tax at the border.
Let me tell you something, to China, if you're listening, President Xi — and you and I are friends, but he understands the way I deal — those big, monster car-manufacturing plants that you're building in Mexico right now, and you think you're going to get that, you're going to not hire Americans, and you're going to sell the cars to us?
No, we're going to put a 100% tariff on every single car that comes across the line, and you're not going to be able to sell those cars if I get elected. Now, if I don't get elected, it's going to be a bloodbath for the whole — that's going to be the least of it, it's going to be a bloodbath for the country, that'll be the least of it. But they're not going to sell those cars, they're building massive factories."

In March of 2021, President Biden announced that he was giving Vice President Harris a "tough job."
He said, "She's the most qualified person to do it, to lead our efforts with Mexico and the Northern Triangle [Honduras, Guatemala and El Salvador], and the countries that are going to need help in stemming the movement of so many folks - stemming the migration to our southern border."

I think everyone can agree that USA Immigration policy is not perfect, BUT we cannot have a massive amount of migrants cross our border. We do not have the resources to properly run a background check on such a large influx. It is a Security Risk.

Joe Biden announced his 2024 re election campaign on April 25, 2023 and the Democratic Primaries began on January 23, 2024.
Joe Biden secured the most delegates (3,905). While his challengers, Jason Palmer (Entrepreneur) and Dean Philips (U.S. Representative), secured 3 and 4 delegates respectively.
Joe Biden withdrew his candidacy on July 21, 2024 and endorsed Kamala Harris as the nominee.
Voting for Biden in the primaries DOES NOT give him the power to choose a nominee, nor should he pretend it does.
Joe Biden was allowed to act like a King and ignore the Democratic Process.
A true heroic and selfless act, would have been for Joe Biden to withdraw his candidacy sooner and allow a true democratic process to take place.

Robert F. Kennedy recently posted on X,
"Kennedy Democrats were anti-war. Kamala‘s is riddled with neocon warmongers.
The RFK/JFK dems were allies of Main Street, cops, firefighters, and working people. VP Harris’s is the Party of Big Tech, Big Pharma and Wall Street. My dad and uncle’s party was the champion of voting rights and fair elections. VP Harris’s is the party of lawfare, disenfranchisement, and the coronation of its candidates by corporate donors and party elites.
I’ve used our nation’s courts to prosecute corporations who hurt Black Americans. VP Harris used our nation’s courts to mercilessly prosecute Black Americans and exploit them for their labor.
My father and uncle prided themselves on their skills at debate and their ability to articulate a coherent vision for our country. VP Harris is scared to debate and can’t survive an unscripted interview. Instead of outlining a vision, she relies on middleschool tactics – memes, forged headlines, infantile slogans (Joy!) and name calling (“Republicans are weird.“) I’ve spent years battling government corruption and lies. VP Harris spent years gaslighting Americans about the health of our Commander in Chief.
I have no plans to endorse Kamala Harris for President. I do have a plan to defeat her."

California's Proposition 47 was put on the Ballot and PASSED in 2014.
This controversial referendum reduced certain non violent crime to misdemeanors rather than felonies.
Critics of this referendum say that it has caused more crime, as criminals no longer fear the consequences.
As Attorney General of California, Kamala Harris is responsible for giving it the misleading Ballot Title of "Safe Neighborhoods and Schools Act."

It is not fair to blame someone who is not in office for a Bill being rejected. This was simply a case of Democrats and Republicans unable to agree as to what should be in the Bill.
REMEMBER the Republicans were the FIRST ones to propose a Border Bill (Secure the Border Act /H.R.2.) in Early 2023 AND it Passed in the House in May of 2023.
The Democrats in the Senate rejected it, BOTH Parties tried to negotiate a deal, but it ultimately FAILED.
Also, SEVEN Senate Democrats voted NO to the Bill ( Elizabeth Warren, Ed Markey, Alex Padilla, Bob Menendez, Chuck Schumer, Kyrsten Sinema, and Cory Booker.
